This is a renovation project of existing bungalow at Jalan Ara, Bangsar somewhere near The Loft apartment. Architect was trying to transform the existing 80's bungalow to a modern designed concept. Existing structure remained while the overall facade is rejuvenated with new appearence, so call modern. The louvres, glazing and mono-pitch roof shapes were manipulated to achive design objective.

Shop Office, Bukit Bintang

Architecturally, the building was just a simple minimalist shop office building at hot spot area at Jalan Bukit Bintang. Facade was finished with aluminium cladding and glazing. The vertical and horizontal lines help to create a proper facade treatment instead of just a blank surface.

Bungalow at Kota Damansara

THE TASK IS TO DESIGN AN APPROXIMATELY 7000SQFT. BUNGALOW WHICH WILL SUIT A UNIT OF SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE IN THE LAYOUT. IT IS LOCATED AT SEKSYEN 9, KOTA DAMANSARA PETALING JAYA. EVENTUALLY, IT WOULD SUB-DIVIDED IN TO 2 UNITS WHEN COMPLETED. THAT IS THE REASON OF SYMMETRICAL FACADE. MODERN MINIMALIST IS BEST TO DESCRIBE THE DESIGN APPROACH TO THIS BUILDING WHILE THE TROPICAL ASPECT IS CONSIDERED.

Hotel at Jalan Pudu

THE SITE IS JUST OPPOSITE PUDURAYA STATION IN KUALA LUMPUR. IT WAS OCCUPIED BY SHELL PETROL STATION BEFORE AND CURRENTLY AN EMPTY LAND. THE PROPOSAL IS TO BUILD A 14 STOREY HOTEL AND ELEVATED PARKING WITHIN A CONSTRAINED
SITE.
