Nowadays, sustainable development is a hot topic and subject been discussed among developers, architects, engineers, educational institutions as well as government. The increase of global warming problem is one of major factor that contributes to rejuvenation of people thinking. Green Building Index (GBI) has been iniciated and implimented as an organisation to monitors and accredits Green-ratd bildings .......... This Condominium project is one of many projects in an attempt to be sustainably designed and built with some objectives are to be achieved..... 1. Better living for people....... 2. Impressive design in gaining 'wow factor'....... 3. Diversify interaction with environment......... There are strategies and approaches taken by architect to achieve the objectives. Obviously, the building has been dominated by gardens, sited as podium parks, pocket parks and sky garden including private gradens. Sky park is dominently accupying the whole 23rd floor which also linked to the next block, creating a pair tower. Pocket parks are located at interval floors, making a very nice elevated green sculptured facades.

Each corridor that connecting every unit and all areas is naturally ventilated and planted with shrubs along the way. The crammed facade with different size of balconies, fins and cantilevered floors with such language of composition is helps to reduce direct sunlight to penetrates to the building, hence will contribute to a green building.



Curtain walling is introduced to this building for a fresh image as well as a prestige building impression to the client. The facade is facing Federal Highway, which is one of the busiest road in KL. The client wants the facade of the building is best describing their strength in the property market.
