The proposal is to design and build a training center for a motivator's company. The site was proposed at Rimba Rekreasi Jeram Toi in Kuala Kelawang, Negeri Sembilan. The development contains administrative office, training center, hall, dining hall, hostels, chalets, swimming pool and outdoor sports. It was an open planning, spreading the components of development within 5 acre land. Architecturally, the building design is simple and yet practical, just to meet the budget constrains.
